DAWSONVILLE, GA., June 18, 2014 - NAPS, the National Association of Personnel Services, the nation's leading search and staffing industry educator, announces the Keynote lineup for their annual conference being held September 15-17, 2014 in Houston, TX.

On the evening of September 15th, Jamey Rootes, President of the Houston Texans, will share his experiences from over 20 years in the sports industry and provide insights that can be used to bounce back from adversity and sustain success in life and business with his opening keynote address: "You Win Some, You Lose Some: Keys to Handling Adversity & Success in the NFL and in Life".

On September 16th, Next Level Exchange facilitators - Jeff Kaye, Co-Chief Executive Officer; Karen Schmidt, Managing Partner; and Rob Mosley, Partner and Sr. Director of Training and Development - will provide the NAPS audience with the opportunity to learn dozens, if not hundreds, of best practices from fellow recruiters in a interactive session entitled "RecruitStock" (reminiscent of Woodstock).

On September 17th, Apollo 13 astronaut and motivational speaker Fred Haise will convey how competence, perseverance, and leadership combine to assure ultimate victory under any circumstances in his Keynote "Failure is not an Option". Haise will share the tools necessary to cope with a variety of situations, emphasizing the importance of control in communication and individual responsibility. He will specifically focus on how success as a unit is intertwined with focused leadership, trust and values, motivation, and the ability to understand that there is no achievement without risk.

"As an organization, we are always striving to find alternative and creative ways to help our members succeed. We worked to offer our membership this combination of Keynote sessions at our Annual Conference so they will have the opportunity to hear motivational messages and industry best practices that impart secrets on how to excel in spite of challenges to continue their successful growth," said Mark Carlson, NAPS Board of Director's Vice Chairman and Conference Committee Chair.

The 2014 conference consists of 20 breakout sessions which will be led by over 40 of the industry's top trainers in addition to 3 certification immersion classes and examinations. The complete agenda can be viewed online at the new NAPS website:  www.naps360.org.
