Trinette is a non-profit & event management professional with more than eighteen years of combined association development, event operations and sales experience.
In 2005, after a six-year tenure as the Executive Director of the Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA), Trinette founded the non-profit and event management consulting company, TR2 Consulting.
Trinette specializes in financial management, membership/attendance growth, marketing communications, exhibit/sponsorship sales and event logistics.Our NAPS President serves as a board member of her alma mater, California University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania chapter of MPI and the American Society of Association Executives, ASAE.
Carolyn is the Vice President of the National
Association of Personnel Services. She has been with NAPS for over 9.5 years in
what started as a part time position and grew in to Vice President. Her love
for NAPS and its members is shown in her dedication to the company and its
growth. In her position she helps
recruiters and recruiting companies to understand why being a member of a
National Organization is important. Carolyn has been a Certified Personnel
Consultant for 8 years and continues to encourage anyone in the recruiting
business to become certified. Carolyn is no
stranger to the Permanent and Temporary staffing Industry as she has worked for
them off and on for over 38 years. Carolyn also holds a
real estate license in Georgia and has been delivering Meals on Wheels for over 10 years.

Armed with more than 16 years experience working with national, regional and local brands across the United States, Maria Palladino leads the way in managing all design, marketing, web and social media for NAPS. She is proud to have worked with NAPS for over 13 years and to be a part of the exceptional growth of the organization.
Prior to launching her design and development firm, Starboard Creative, an innovative design, branding and marketing firm that actively connects brands with people by amplifying desirability to drive brand performance, Maria was the owner and chief creative officer of Vitalian Design, a well-established design and development firm in Atlanta that maintained a strong and loyal client base. Before this, Maria served as the Creative Director for Imology, the image and branding division of DIAWS Systems, Inc., based out of Alpharetta, GA, for four years.
